provides networking opportunities, mentorship, and resources to women in aviation;
organize events to foster professional growth and community among women in aviation.

The organization was founded organically by Jan Moye and Mary Anne Perkowski to provide networking opportunities for women in aviation at conferences. As word spread, more women attended the events and looked forward to the next one.
Jet Fuel Association is a 501c3 non-profit. We greatly appreciate donations to help us run the organization, and donations will be tax deductible. All the Board Members volunteer their time to the organization.

Priyanka is an ideal candidate for President of the Jet Fuel Association due to her extensive experience and leadership in the aviation industry. With over 15 years as an architect, she has successfully managed and coordinated diverse, award-winning aviation projects from inception to completion. Her ability to oversee all aspects of project development, including contract documents across various disciplines, demonstrates her strong organizational and strategic skills. Priyanka’s deep knowledge of the aviation sector and her track record of driving successful projects make her well-equipped to lead the organization and guide it toward future growth.
Patti is uniquely qualified to serve as Operations lead due to her 20 years of experience in the aviation and transportation sectors, along with her passion for community-centered work. Her extensive hands-on project experience demonstrates her ability to manage complex operations and implement innovative solutions. Patti's leadership extends beyond her professional role, as she currently serves as Past Chair of ACE Mentor LA/OC and is on the board of the USC Architectural Guild. She has also held prominent positions as President of the Structural Engineers Assoc. of Southern California and President of the Southern California Development Forum. She is deeply committed to the industry growth and community engagement.
Mary Anne is uniquely qualified to serve as Secretary of the Jet Fuel Association due to her vast experience and expertise in the architecture and engineering industry, particularly within the aviation and transportation sectors. With over 30 years of experience, she has successfully managed large aviation projects and provided business development strategies for a broad range of architects, engineers, and specialty consultants nationwide. Her success and comprehensive knowledge and leadership in both project management and business development will be invaluable assets in her role as Secretary of the Jet Fuel Assoc.
Ellen has extensive experience in the design, construction, management, and operation of the built environment, with a particular focus on airport asset management over the past 20 years. Her strong background in financial oversight and strategic management in the aviation sector is further demonstrated by her leadership roles, serving as board chair for the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), founder and current treasurer for the Airport Facilities Council of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), American Association of Airport Executives and Airports Council International-North America.
Carrie is uniquely qualified to lead Fundraising for the Jet Fuel Association due to her extensive experience in aviation construction, sales, and marketing, where she oversees $700 million in projects nationwide. As National Director of Aviation for Swinerton, she has demonstrated a strong ability to drive results while advocating for innovative, integrated solutions that maximize project resources and ensure high client satisfaction. Carrie’s active role on the Airport Consultants Council (ACC) Board of Directors and her deep, high-profile network make her well-positioned to cultivate relationships and secure crucial funding for the association's initiatives.
Ellen is an excellent choice to serve as Communications lead due to her over 20 years of experience in business development and marketing. Her success in securing multimillion-dollar projects across aviation, engineering, planning, transportation, and land development demonstrates her ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, Ellen’s international perspective, gained from living in various global communities, enhances her ability to connect with a wide range of audiences. Ellen’s professional experience, along with her diverse perspective, uniquely qualifies her to lead Communications for Jet Fuel.
Kristen is a high performance, results-oriented design manager and architect with a passion for aviation projects, who brings extensive experience in large aviation program design and construction. Kristen has spent her entire career in the aviation industry and has recently returned to O’Hare as a design manager on their Terminal Area Plan, overseeing the design of the multi-billion dollar O’Hare Global Terminal. As Events lead, Kristen’s results-driven approach, coupled with her passion for aviation, makes her uniquely qualified to create and execute impactful events that align with the organization's goals and enhance its mission.
